FEES & INSURANCE

Fees for services depend upon the type of appointment required. Most of our clinicians accept insurance or provide the necessary forms for submitting claims for reimbursement.

CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS

Please give a minimum of 24 hour notice of cancellation to avoid a no-show fee. Exceptions are made for documented medical emergencies.

PRESCRIPTIONS

Prescription requests should be faxed to (202) 244-6610. There is a $10 fee for a single prescription request, $15 for multiple prescription requests, and a $25 fee for medication pre-authorizations.

Unless written arrangements are made, all individuals receiving medication must be seen regularly by a WCP physician. Prescriptions for controlled substances (e.g. Ritalin, Oxycontin, Concerta, Adderal) require monthly visits.
